BSK Marine is seeking a Manager for Client After-Sales Service and Warranty, focusing on managing after-sales functions for boats, including warranty, service, parts, and overseeing new boat handovers. This role involves coordinating with customers, charter companies, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee new boat handover processes, including punch lists and Delivery Handover Certificates.

  • Handle warranty claims, service requests, and parts orders efficiently.

  • Update CRM systems and customers on claim statuses.

  • Work with contractors and distributors on service and warranty issues.

  • Manage warranty paperwork, process claim rejections, and oversee payment reconciliations.

  • Maintain service records, manage recalls and service bulletins.

  • Support the sales team with customer and technical inquiries.

  • Be willing to travel and work weekends for boat shows and events.

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, focusing on customer satisfaction and detailed service management.

Previous experience of similar tasks, the boat industry and boat systems are considered a great advantage. We require fluent verbal and written knowledge of English, appropriate technical education, a good collaborative ability, practical, responsible, and effective working methods.
