Brief description

Barilla Hellas is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to start their career as a Sales Representative, responsible for Crete Island and based in Heraklion. As a key player in the sales team, the Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and developing business across Crete Island. The role offers the opportunity to work with a state-of-the-art CRM platform and to actively collaborate with Trade Marketing, with the target of delivering sustainable business growth. The Sales representative will also develop tailored presentations for key costumers, using shopper insights and market data. This role also provides the opportunity to step into future positions within the Commercial Department as vacancies arise.

Key Accountabilities

• Implement all necessary in store activities ensuring compliance with Shopper Marketing guidelines and priorities
• Manage and improve in store fundamentals features
• Manage in store business opportunities to create value
• Market intelligence monitoring and reporting

Desired Skills and Background:

• University Degree in Business, or relevant field
• 1 to 2 years of related working experience will be appreciated but is not a prerequisite 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity, and determination
• Strong analytical skills and competency in MS Office
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, work well on your own and as part of a team
• Ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in Greek and English
• Valid Driving License

• The expected starting date is November 2025, with a full-time permanent contract
• The role is based in our Heraklion, Crete
