Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and evaluate the prepress team, fostering professional growth and high performance
• Coordinate workflow and production timelines between prepress, design and printing departments
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements, automation and best practices
• Act as the main technical liaison, providing guidance and support across teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, quality standards and performance metrics
• Ensure full compliance with technical specifications, brand guidelines and client requirements
• Oversee
  capacity planning and KPI monitoring
  to optimize team efficiency and project delivery

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Prepress, ideally within packaging
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Strong knowledge of Esko suite (automation engine, web center, ArtPro+)
• Strong command of English
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency
