About the Role
For our partner we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Administrator
to join their growing FinTech SaaS team in Thessaloniki.
You will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to grow within a scaling organization.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations
- Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
- Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, system access, welcome materials).
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and reviewing attendance, leaves, and benefit information.
- Assist with implementing HR policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain and update the HRIS and ensure accurate employee data.
Recruitment & Engagement
- Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews.
- Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and team events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR procedures and benefits.
Admin & Compliance
- Prepare HR-related reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.).
- Coordinate with external partners (payroll providers, insurance brokers, legal advisors).
- Support office administration tasks such as record keeping and basic procurement.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an
HR Admin / HR Operations
role (experience in tech or SaaS companies is a plus). - Knowledge of Greek labor law and payroll processes.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
- Proficiency with MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
