About the Role

For our partner we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
HR Administrator
to join their growing FinTech SaaS team in Thessaloniki.

You will play a key role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and wants to grow within a scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage employee records, contracts, and documentation in compliance with local labor laws.
  • Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, system access, welcome materials).
  • Support payroll preparation by collecting and reviewing attendance, leaves, and benefit information.
  • Assist with implementing HR policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain and update the HRIS and ensure accurate employee data.

Recruitment & Engagement

  • Support recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews.
  • Organize and support employee engagement initiatives and team events.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries on HR procedures and benefits.

Admin & Compliance

  • Prepare HR-related reports (headcount, turnover, leave balances, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external partners (payroll providers, insurance brokers, legal advisors).
  • Support office administration tasks such as record keeping and basic procurement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an
    HR Admin / HR Operations
    role (experience in tech or SaaS companies is a plus).
  • Knowledge of Greek labor law and payroll processes.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
