Mat Fashion invites you to join our team as a Fashion Stylist & Studio Coordinator for our E-shop, based in our Athens office.

Mat Fashion is a leading Greek fashion brand with over 100 employees and a presence in 55 countries worldwide.

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Athens team and play a key role in our styling department.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Thrive in a fast-paced studio environment, handling an average of 40-80 items per photoshoot, depending on category.
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure flawless photoshoots.
• Style laydowns and real models, delivering the highest quality product presentation.
• Prepare and organize merchandise for still-life and model photography, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories.
• Support celebrities and partners in selecting the right outfit for occasions such as photoshoots or TV appearances.
• Collaborate with the E-shop, Production, and Photography teams to ensure smooth workflow and premium-quality images.
• Maintain a positive, creative, and professional studio atmosphere.
• Keep the studio highly organized, ensuring all samples are tracked and tags re-attached after each shoot.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Stylist in fashion e-commerce
• Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
