Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and experienced professional for the position of Sales Representative, responsible for
active sales and developing business relationships
for advanced genetic and laboratory diagnostic services offered by Science Labs.

In this role, you will build contacts with doctors, clinics, laboratories, and other service recipients, present advanced genetic tests, and support the company's growth strategies.

Participation in activities supporting organizational development, attending industry conferences, and expanding business into new markets in Greece will be important parts of the job.

The sales team within the Genotypos group is currently being built, and the person hired will have a real influence on the company's development.

Main Responsibilities

• Actively sell modern laboratory and diagnostic services offered by Science Labs and Genotypos
• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with doctors, clinics, and other business clients
• Present and advise on the benefits of offered tests for patients and medical partners
• Monitor the market, identify new sales opportunities, and report to the management team
• Support company growth processes, including initiating and assisting expansion activities on local and international markets
• Participate in industry conferences and other events promoting the company's offerings

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the medical, laboratory, or life sciences sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and long-term business relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of the Greek laboratory testing market
• Knowledge of the medical or diagnostic industry, with an interest in the laboratory sector
• Experience selling innovative genetic tests, including NIPT VERACITY offered by Science Labs, is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within Greece for work
• Communicative level of English
• Valid driving license category B
