Our multicultural client is looking for Slovenian speakers to join their customer or technical service team in Athens, Greece. We're seeking candidates with a positive work ethic and a passion for excellent service. What will you do?
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Provide empathetic and efficient solutions to customer issues
Communicate primarily in Slovenian, with English used for internal communication
Ensure a high-quality customer experience and satisfaction
Maintain customer records and perform data entry using internal tools
Collaborate with your team to achieve service goals
Candidate profile
Native or near-native Slovenian speaker
Communicative level of English
Polite, courteous, and excellent communication skills
Ability to manage time and multitask efficiently
Team player with flexibility for shift work
Basic software and computer proficiency
