Senior SAP Consultant

Responsibilities

  • Support and participate in SAP implementations across all phases: Prepare, Explore, Realize, Go-Live, and Support.
  • Conduct business analysis and solution design on SAP FI-related topics.
  • Perform application configuration using SAP FI tools and features for change requests and small projects.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in SAP FI modules.
  • Collaborate with external consultants to deliver implementation projects within budget and timeline, ensuring high quality and user adoption.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on a wide range of financial topics.
  • Set up and maintain SAP configuration data (e.g. Cost Centers, Profit Centers, etc.).
  • Train end users and ensure documentation is completed in line with Group standards.
  • Resolve support tickets and provide ongoing system support in accordance with agreed SLAs.
  • Lead regular review meetings with business stakeholders on system status and performance, incorporating feedback into service delivery.
  • Deliver technical training to fellow associates and new joiners.

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on, project-based SAP FI experience gained on real implementation projects.
  • Proven experience in SAP FI standard customizing, configuration, and full project lifecycle implementations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Previous experience in large, complex, and matrix organizational structures.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and active listening).
  • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Analytical, results-driven mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects, requests, and priorities simultaneously.

Good to have

  • Knowledge of SAP CO, MM, SD, PP, PM will be considered a strong asset.
  • SAP courses, certifications, or relevant academic project work will be considered a plus.
