Product Owner

The Product Owner is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product features that enable seamless collaboration with external partners, vendors, and service providers. This role ensures that all integrations support business goals, enhance customer experience, and align with the company's technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the product vision and roadmap for third-party integrations with company goals.
• Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and feedback.

• Communicate product strategy to stakeholders and the development team.

• Analyze market trends, partner capabilities, and customer needs to inform product decisions.

• Provide timely clarification of requirements to unblock the development team.

• Collect feedback and ensure alignment between business needs and product decisions.

• Track release progress and communicate updates to stakeholders/sales team.

• Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, business stakeholders, external vendors, and partners.
• Facilitate technical and business discussions to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Procurement for partner onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Up to 4 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working with third-party vendors in regulated industries (e.g., fintech, insurance, telcos).
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

• Technical familiarity with APIs, software architecture, or data workflows.
