We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to oversee the launch and daily operations of a growing portfolio of Luxury Serviced Apartments in the heart of Athens

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate the operational set up and opening of new properties

  • Liaise closely with technical teams and contractors to ensure timely and up to standards property readiness

  • Maintain strong communication between ownership, management and external partners

  • Ensure the operational executions and guest experience are aligned with the sales and occupancy goals

  • Supervise daily operations including housekeeping, maintenance and guest service standards

  • Liaise with facility management companies to ensure property upkeep & operations

  • Oversee P&L, budgets and operational expenses

  • Manage Front office and concierge operations

  • Handle guest relations to ensure a seamless experience

  • Uphold brand standards and consistency across all properties

  • Gradually build, train and lead a small operational team as the portfolio expands

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.

  • 4-5 years minimum experience in an Operations Managerial position in boutique hotel or Luxury apartments

  • Pre-opening previous experience and familiar with property set up processes

  • Strong understanding of hospitality financials (P&L, budgeting, revenue tracking)

  • Fluent in English and Greek (additional languages are a plus)

  • Self-motivated, proactive and solution driven

  • Flexible and able to move easily between central Athens properties

  • Excellent MS Office and PMS skills

  • Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Teamwork spirit
