Καθήκοντα – Ρόλος

  • Στρατηγική διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη υφιστάμενου και νέου πελατολογίου (retail , super markets, mini markets).

  • Σχεδιασμός και υλοποίηση ενεργειών preselling με στόχο την αύξηση μεριδίου αγοράς.

  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων υψηλού επιπέδου εμπιστοσύνης με τους συνεργάτες.

  • Παρακολούθηση τάσεων αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού, με έγκαιρη παροχή προτάσεων βελτιστοποίησης.

  • Επίτευξη ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων πωλήσεων, με διαρκή προσανατολισμό στην εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελάτη.

Απαραίτητο Προφίλ

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε ρόλο πωλήσεων (ιδανικά preselling ή FMCG).

  • Ικανότητα στρατηγικής προσέγγισης και ανάπτυξης δικτύου συνεργασιών.

  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης.

  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.

  • Οργανωτικότητα, επαγγελματισμός και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.
