What You'll Do
As part of our team, you'll work on a wide range of
Civil Law and Criminal Law cases.
Your role will involve:
- Advising clients on civil disputes concerning a broad range of cases (Law of Contracts and Torts, Commercial Agency Agreement, Private Insurance Law, Family Law, Law of Inheritance, Labour Law, Tenancy Law, disputes concerning the Board of Unions and Companies, Insolvency) and Criminal Law case (Financial Crime esp. Embezzlement, Forgery, Breach of Trust, Perjury, Libel, Αnimal Cruelty) and more
- Drafting of lawsuits, pleadings and other legal documents as well as advocacy before Court concerning the above fields
- Collaborating closely with our clients and appearing before Public or Independent Authorities
- Involvement with alternative dispute resolution methods (Arbitration, Mediation etc.)
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Attorney-at-Law in Greece
- At least 3+ years experience in
Civil and/or Criminal Law - Team spirit, time management, organizational, analytical, and client-facing skills coupled with analytical thinking, proactivity and personal accountability
- Fluency in English (other languages an asset)
- Strong professional recommendations will be highly valued.
