About the RoleAs a Transfer Driver, you provide premium and safe transportation services to guests, ensuring every journey — from airport pickup to scenic transfers — is conducted with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to detail. You are often the first point of personal contact for incoming guests, setting the foundation of their luxury experience.
You will drive premium vehicles, maintain immaculate cleanliness standards, and deliver smooth, punctual, and comfortable rides. You will also support logistics for VIP arrivals, luggage handling, and special transportation requests. Your conduct, grooming, driving etiquette, and discretion must align with premium hospitality standards.
Your role blends hospitality, local knowledge, service intuition, and a strong commitment to guest safety and comfort.
Note: The role is based in Paros, Greece
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation for guests (airport, port, excursions, restaurants).
- Maintain vehicles in spotless condition and ensure regular safety checks.
- Assist with luggage handling and guest escorting when required.
- Offer local knowledge, insights, and recommendations when appropriate.
- Handle VIP arrivals and coordinate closely with Front Office & Guest Relations.
- Ensure privacy, discretion, and a warm, welcoming service tone.
- Follow all traffic regulations and resort safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate logs for mileage, routes, fuel, and movements.
- Valid professional driving license with clean driving record.
- Previous experience as a driver in luxury hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
- Knowledge of local routes, premium etiquette, and defensive driving.
- Fluent in English (additional languages preferred).
- Professional grooming and punctuality.
