Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and execute production processes according to specifications, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
  • Operate and supervise production machinery.
  • Monitor raw materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures (HACCP).
  • Collaborate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a pastry or dessert production role.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles.
  • Good physical condition and ability to work in shifts.
  • Team spirit, responsibility, and consistency.
  • Experience in operating production machinery will be considered an asset.
