Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute production processes according to specifications, under the guidance of the Executive Chef.
- Operate and supervise production machinery.
- Monitor raw materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety procedures (HACCP).
- Collaborate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a pastry or dessert production role.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP principles.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in shifts.
- Team spirit, responsibility, and consistency.
- Experience in operating production machinery will be considered an asset.
