Aρμοδιότητες:

✓ Διασφάλιση της παρακολούθησης των παραγγελιών και της αποστολής τους σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα logistics

✓ Διαχείριση αιτημάτων πελατών μέσω ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου και τηλεφώνου (πληροφορίες σχετικά με την παράδοση, προϊόντα, υπηρεσίες κλπ.)

✓ Διαχείριση σχέσεων με συνεργάτες (προμηθευτές, μεταφορείς κλπ.)

✓ Πραγματοποίηση εμπορικών αναφορών

✓ Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος (Prestashop) και των Μέσων κοινωνικής δικτύωσης

✓ Διαχείριση του καταλόγου προϊόντων (ενημέρωση των περιγραφών των προϊόντων και ενσωμάτωση νέου περιεχομένου)

✓ Διαχείριση συνεργαζόμενων marketplaces

✓ SEA: Δημιουργία και διαχείριση εκστρατειών μάρκετινγκ σε συνεργασία με το συνεργαζόμενο marketing agency (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads)

✓ Ανάλυση των επισκέψεων του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος μέσω εργαλείων παρακολούθησης (Google Analytics)

✓ SEO: Συμμετοχή στη βελτίωση της οργανικής εμφάνισης του ιστότοπου στις μηχανές αναζήτησης σε συνεργασία με το marketing agency

✓ Εφαρμογή εμπορικών προσφορών στο ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα και ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων

Προσόντα:

✓ Πτυχίο Α.Ε.Ι. ή Τ.Ε.Ι.

✓ Καλές διαπροσωπικές, εμπορικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες

✓ Άριστη γνώση του Office Pack

✓ Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γραπτός & προφορικός λόγος)

✓ Πολύ καλή γνώση Γαλλικών (επιθυμητό αλλά όχι απαραίτητο)

✓ Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις (για άνδρες υποψηφίους)
