About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional who will take ownership of sourcing and procurement within the organization. The role is focused on the sourcing and procurement of direct and indirect materials, technical items, and production-related supplies essential to operational performance.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and a diverse supply base, you will ensure cost efficiency, continuity of supply, and alignment with operational needs — contributing directly to commercial and production success.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage full lifecycle procurement for assigned material categories.
  • Monitor market developments and propose well-informed purchasing strategies.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to secure strong commercial value.
  • Maintain and enhance supplier relationships, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply availability with operational scheduling and quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory levels in line with KPI expectations to support uninterrupted operations.
  • Support the evaluation and onboarding of new suppliers and materials.
  • Identify and implement cost optimization and process improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
  • Protect the confidentiality of sensitive commercial information.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related technical/business field.
  • 3–4 years of procurement experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Good understanding of production processes and material requirements.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • ERP proficiency (SAP preferred) and strong MS Office skills.
