Duties and responsibilities

Validation of data

  • When relevant, coordinate tasks between teams
  • Maintain system updated
  • Support customers and provide information when necessary
  • Assist technical team on side projects

Qualifications

  • Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Organised and structured mindset
  • Thrive in a busy environment dealing with many tasks at the same time
  • Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Proficient English skills
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Team player
  • Previous working experience in Administration, Customer Services or in Shipping Industry will be considered as extra asset
