Role Description

This is a full-time,
hybrid role
for a Social Media Manager at Mydermaclinic, located in Néa Mákri and Kolonaki.
The position is hybrid, with
3 or 4 days working at the office and 1 or 2 days from home

, depending on arrangements.
The office days include both of our clinics, in Kolonaki and Nea Makri

.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, managing social media accounts, and engaging with followers. Communicating with other members of the team as the website developers. The position includes copywriting for posts newsletters and small articles. Additional responsibilities include analyzing social media metrics and optimizing posts for better performance. Proposing ideas for improving the strategy and content based on measurable KPIs. Shooting content (small interviews of the staff before and after pictures etc.)

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Advanced use of MS Office, Canva (or other creating tool) and basics of Wordpress
  • Previous experience in the healthcare or beauty industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field will be considered an advantage.
