About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Spa Manager
to lead the
Nao Longevity Hub at Minos Palace Resort
in Agios Nikolaos, Crete.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the overall spa operations, ensuring flawless guest service and satisfaction.
• Supervise, train, and develop the spa team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and monitor upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize spa revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Enhance the guest experience by implementing the principles of the Minos Method.
• Address and resolve guest issues effectively, ensuring the highest service quality.
• Collaborate with other wellness professionals to develop and promote holistic wellness programs.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Analyze spa performance data, provide improvement recommendations, and support strategic objectives.

Skills, Qualifications & Character

• Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hospitality management role, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience guiding and managing a team.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and empathy.
• Solid knowledge of wellness practices, including nutrition, fitness, mindfulness, and holistic therapies.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing conditions and operational demands.
• Guest-oriented mindset, committed to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Proficient in English (knowledge of a second language is an advantage).
