Location: Paros, Greece (On-site only)

ORIONS is the leading boutique real estate agency in Paros and the Cyclades, known for blending high-end property expertise with design, art, and community. As our agency continues to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Licensed Real Estate Agent
to join our team on the island of Paros.

What we're looking for:

• A licensed real estate agent based in Greece, willing to live and work full-time on Paros (this role is not remote).
• Fluency in
  French and English
  (Greek is a plus).
• Proven experience as a real estate agent in Greece or abroad, with a track record of successful sales and client relationships.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect naturally with an international clientele.
• A professional portfolio that demonstrates sales results, reputation, and the challenges overcome in past roles.
