Transport Network Engineer - Fiber Optics Network
" to be part of our successful team in our
Transport & Access Network Department
.

You have a challenging mission for:

The Design, Administration & Project Tracking for Nova fiber Optics Network resources management & expansion.

What will you do:

  • Be Responsible for the design of fiber optic network expansions.
  • Be Responsible for the allocation and proper documentation/tracking, of fiber optic network resources.
  • Prepare detailed studies and budgeting (including detailed Bill of Quantities) for the expansion FO network and customer connections.
  • Handle CRM Work Orders and allocate network resources.
  • Keep track in F.O. Network Expansion Projects
  • Be responsible for F.O. network inventory administration.
  • 3rd level support in network failures for the quick restoration of services (e.g. via rerouting actions)

It would be great if you have:

  • Degree in the field of Electrical Engineering or in Telecoms or in Informatics.
  • 5-year experience in similar position (i.e. engineering design and/or project management), preferable in service provider or fiber optic network constructor
  • Hands-on experience in CRM platforms desirable
  • User experience with GIS platforms
  • Project management skills (communication, analytical way of thinking, problem solving, leadership, team building).
