Η εταιρεία μας, ένας από τους πλέον αναγνωρισμένους φορείς πιστοποίησης στην Ελλάδα, αναζητά έμπειρο/η και αποδεδειγμένα καταρτισμένο/η Γεωπόνο για τη θέση του Senior στελέχους - Αξιολογητή Βιολογικής Παραγωγής. Ο/η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συμβάλλει καθοριστικά στη διαδικασία πιστοποίησης, αναλαμβάνοντας ρόλο-κλειδί στον σχεδιασμό, την επίβλεψη και την αξιολόγηση των επιθεωρήσεων.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Διενέργεια σύνθετων επιθεωρήσεων σε παραγωγικές μονάδες βιολογικών προϊόντων,
  • Αξιολόγηση και τεκμηρίωση συμμόρφωσης με τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2018/848 και συναφείς εφαρμοστικές πράξεις,
  • Αξιολόγηση τεχνικών φακέλων επιχειρήσεων και έκδοση εισηγήσεων πιστοποίησης,
  • Εσωτερικός έλεγχος ποιότητας διαδικασιών επιθεώρησης και συμβολή στη συνεχή βελτίωση του Συστήματος Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας (ISO 17065),
  • Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση νεότερων επιθεωρητών,
  • Τεχνική υποστήριξη και γνωμοδότηση σε θέματα βιολογικής γεωργίας, φυτοπροστασίας.

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Γεωπονίας από αναγνωρισμένο ΑΕΙ,
  • Ελάχιστη επαγγελματική εμπειρία 5 ετών σε θέσεις σχετικές με βιολογική γεωργία, επιθεωρήσεις ή συστήματα πιστοποίησης,
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε επιθεωρήσεις σύμφωνα με τους ευρωπαϊκούς κανονισμούς για τη βιολογική παραγωγή,
  • Άριστη γνώση του κανονιστικού πλαισίου της βιολογικής γεωργίας, της ιχνηλασιμότητας και των συστημάτων διασφάλισης ποιότητας,
  • Πιστοποιημένη επάρκεια ως επιθεωρητής/ελεγκτής (ISO 19011 ή αντίστοιχη κατάρτιση),
  • Εξαιρετική ικανότητα ανάλυσης τεχνικών φακέλων, συνθετικής σκέψης και λήψης τεκμηριωμένων αποφάσεων Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (C1 ή υψηλότερη) και δεξιότητα χρήσης πληροφοριακών συστημάτων,
  • Διαθεσιμότητα για τακτικές μετακινήσεις εντός Ελλάδας.

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Μεταπτυχιακές σπουδές σε βιολογική γεωργία, ποιότητα τροφίμων, ή περιβαλλοντική διαχείριση,
  • Εμπειρία σε διαχείριση ομάδων επιθεωρητών ή συντονισμό έργων πιστοποίησης,
  • Καλή γνώση συστημάτων ISO 9001, ISO 14001 και ISO 22000,
  • Επιστημονική δραστηριότητα (δημοσιεύσεις, συμμετοχή σε έργα R&D ή σε τεχνικές επιτροπές).
