We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented
Procurement Specialist
to join our team.

In this role, you will oversee the company's purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of goods and services across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor orders and deliveries for all departments.
  • Maintain and regularly update the supplier database.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure timely supply of stock and materials.
  • Manage procurement records, ensuring cost transparency and compliance.
  • Determine order quantities and delivery schedules.
  • Process purchase and receipt requests in line with established procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels, identify needs, and ensure safety stock is maintained.
  • Track and follow up on order progress with suppliers.
  • Prepare cost analyses and price updates.
  • Handle procurement of consumables.
  • Work closely with the Accounting and Finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Economics
    (Master's degree in a related field is a plus).
  • At least 5 years of proven experience
    in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within the technology, industrial, or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent command of the English language (daily communication with international partners).
  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and email tools.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented personality.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities.

Nice to have:

Certifications such as
CIPS, APICS, or other recognized Supply Chain/Procurement diploma
