HR Data Analyst
As an HR Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining HR databases and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Group. You will work with the Research & Development Junior Manager to deliver accurate and actionable HR reports. This role is based at our main offices in Heraklion (Crete).
Main responsibilities:
- Manage HR databases and documents
- Manage and administer the HR platform
- Provide support for HR systems/programs
- Collect and analyze HR data from multiple sources
- Maintain and improve HR dashboards and reports for key metrics
- Extract statistical data requested regarding personnel
- Automate and optimize reporting processes to increase efficiency of HR information
- Keeping track of technological advancements and trends
- Performing audits on HR documents when required
- Participate in HR projects, such as performance management and employee engagement initiatives
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or equivalent field
- Min 2 years working experience in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of English (written and oral skills)
- Excellent use of MS Office (strong skills in excel)
- Postgraduate degree is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Data & analytical skills

- Teamwork and cooperation spirit
- Ability to maintain and update HR databases
- Ability to create detailed reports from HR data sets
- High level of integrity, while handling confidential material
