Health and Safety

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
  • Perform risk assessments and job hazard analyses to evaluate potential dangers associated with construction activities
  • Track the number of incidents and produce reports
  • Investigate accidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
  • Collaborate with project teams and subcontractors to implement safety standards and ensure efficient and safe project execution
  • Create and deliver training programs to employees on health and safety practices
  • Prepare and maintain safety documentation, reports, and records for audits and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in health and safety engineering
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations
  • Proficiency in English, both written and oral
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
