We're looking for talented SAP Application Full Stack Developers — at Junior, Mid, and Senior levels — to join our dynamic SAP consulting team.

In this role, you'll contribute to both large-scale SAP implementation projects and ongoing support for our clients, developing robust, efficient, and scalable solutions across multiple SAP modules.

Role / Job Description

• Develop, test, and maintain custom programs, enhancements, and reports within SAP environments (ECC / S/4HANA and SAP BTP).
• Support SAP implementation projects by building technical solutions aligned with functional requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with functional consultants and business users.
• Optimize existing code for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of project deliverables.

Experience

Junior Developer (0–2 years)

If you're at the beginning of your development career, you will:

• Apply your programming and database skills to learn SAP Full-Stack development.
• Gain experience in writing clean, structured, and efficient code.
• Learn the fundamentals of SAP data models, tables, and objects, CDS views, and integration with external databases.
• Support testing and debugging tasks under the guidance of senior developers.

Mid & Senior Developer (3+ years)

If you already have SAP project experience, you will:

• Participate in or lead the technical development track of SAP implementation projects.
• Design and implement integrations with 3rd party systems (REST, SOAP, etc.).
• Collaborate with functional teams (FI/CO, SD, MM, etc.) to deliver technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality, reusability, and compliance with SAP development standards.
• Contribute to technical documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ηave Proficiency in SQL, data structures, and modular programming and preferably have hands-on experience with CDS views and BTP environment
• Ηave 3–5+ years of experience in SAP Full-Stack development, including participation in at least one end-to-end implementation project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C, or ABAP) and basic understanding of algorithms and SQL are expected.
• Understanding of SAP data models and integration concepts, SAP Fiori design principles and OData services.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt within SAP environments.
• Fluent in Greek (written & spoken) – required.
• Fluent in English (C2 level)– required.
• Additional languages are a plus

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with custom Fiori applications.
• Familiarity with PI/PO, BTP, or CPI.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP, ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), or OData services.
• Exposure to Agile development practices and SAP Activate methodology.
• SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Development Associate) is a plus
• Experience in integration with non-SAP systems.
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control (Git).
