As Acquera Yachting continues to grow, we're on the lookout for a highly motivated candidate to take on the role of
Yacht Supply & Spares Officer
based at the main office in Athens.

Role:

The Yacht Supply & Spares officer will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating the delivery of yacht supplies, spare parts, and equipment to support the smooth operation of the fleet. The role requires close collaboration with captains, engineers, operations managers, and suppliers, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and procure yacht supplies, spare parts, and technical equipment

• Handle urgent and routine supply requests from vessels and management

• Liaise with captains, engineers, and operations team to identify technical and operational needs

• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and documentation where required

• Maintain accurate records of orders, suppliers, pricing, and delivery timelines

• Ensure procurement aligns with company procedures, budgets, and quality standards

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in yacht supply, marine procurement, or similar operational role

• Strong knowledge of yacht equipment, spare parts and marine suppliers (preferred)

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple requests under time pressure

• Strong communication skills in English

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
