Video Producer

Do you live and breathe sports and love bringing stories to life through video? At Better Collective, we're looking for a creative and passionate Video Producer / Editor to join our team behind You'll work closely with a talented crew of videographers and editors to produce eye-catching, sports-driven content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

What you'll be doing

• Producing and editing dynamic sports content for YouTube as your main focus
• Taking projects from start to finish, adding your personal creative touch and style.
• Working on a wide variety of video formats: from interviews with Greek celebrities and football legends, to educational mini-series, to fast-paced, YouTube-style sports content.
• Creating engaging thumbnails and graphics that stand out and follow the latest trends.
• Collaborating with the team to brainstorm, share feedback, and push creative boundaries.

What we're looking for

You're the right fit if you:

• Can produce high-quality, purposeful content with a creative spark.
• Are familiar with the Betarades YouTube channel and share our passion for football (and sports in general).
• Are highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Have proven experience in motion graphics, video editing, and production.
• Know what's trending on YouTube and TikTok, especially in football and basketball.
• Can handle the full video production flow – from lighting and camera setup to editing and post-production.
• Create modern, attention-grabbing thumbnails that match global YouTube trends.
• Feel comfortable working across social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

hybrid role based in Athens, Greece
. Only candidates living in Attiki (or nearby) will be considered.
