For the 2026 season, we seek experienced and talented individuals to join the award-winning Atlantica Hotels & Resorts in Kos and Rhodes islands as Cooks B in the a la carte restaurants.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following specified recipes and portion sizes.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and that food safety standards are maintained.
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Bring creativity to the kitchen by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones
  • Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
  • Follow health and safety regulations and guidelines for food preparation and handling

Requirements

  • Culinary diploma
  • 2+ years of experience as a Cook B' in a relevant fine dining restaurant
  • In-depth knowledge of various cooking techniques and ingredients
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
