A leading yachting company is seeking to employ an Operations Assistant.

This role is key to supporting the day-to-day activities of the Operations Manager, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between departments, suppliers, crews, and clients.

The ideal candidate should fulfil the following requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily operational activities of Operation Manager
  • Coordinate with yacht crews, clients, and suppliers
  • Monitor logistics and service schedules
  • Maintain organized documentation and operational records
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and effective execution of tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of English (written and orally)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in yachting sectors will be considered an asset
  • Team player with attention to detail and a proactive attitude
