We are looking for a
"Reservations Specialist"
to join our Contract team Odeon Tours DMC Crete, Greece.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Following daily tasks for reservation process
• Establishing strong relationships and collaborations with hotel partners and tour operators
• Responding special requests of tour operators for reservations
• Managing reallocations
• Inserting and checking the stop sales from hotel partners
• Supporting info sheet and content process
• Supporting complaint handling

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel agency or hotel industry for managing reservation process
• Strong communication skills verbally and in written in English
• Having knowledge of using package programs related to tourism
• Able to use MS Office programs effectively in business
• Capable of problem solving, questioning, researching.
• Ability to communicate efficiently with various departments
• Open to self-development
• Responsible for task follow-up
• Compatible to teamwork Strong written and verbal communication
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours
• Resident or able to reside in Heraklion, Crete
