Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Διοίκηση και οργάνωση του καταστήματος, εξασφαλίζοντας τη βέλτιστη λειτουργία του.
  • Ηγεσία, καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας προσωπικού.
  • Δημιουργία μιας άριστης εμπειρίας εξυπηρέτησης πελατών που αντικατοπτρίζει την
    φιλοσοφία LEGO
    .
  • Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και παραγγελιών.
  • Ανάλυση δεδομένων και βελτιστοποίηση της απόδοσης του καταστήματος.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Εμπειρία 1+ έτους σε θέση διεύθυνσης ή υποδιεύθυνσης καταστήματος.
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας, επικοινωνίας και ομαδικής συνεργασίας.
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και διαχείριση χρόνου.
  • Πάθος για εξαιρετική εμπειρία πελάτη και θετική ενέργεια.
  • Ευχάριστη και δυναμική προσωπικότητα.
  • Γνώση ηλεκτρονικών συστημάτων διαχείρισης και βασικών εργαλείων λογισμικού.

Επιθυμητά Προσόντα:

  • Σπουδές στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο.
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικών.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον λιανικής μεγάλων αλυσίδων.
