District Sales Manager
to join our Sales team at our Oinofyta plant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities within the assigned district, driving growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term partnership in the
Gulf & East Mediterranean / Middle East region.

Position Details

  • Location: Rivulis Plant, Oinofyta
  • Reports to: Regional Sales Manager
  • Employment type: Full-time

Role Purpose

  • Support the company in achieving revenue growth targets by maintaining competitiveness and innovation.
  • Maximize sales revenues and market presence.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers in the Gulf & East Mediterranean / Middle East region.
  • Develop and manage effective sales strategy to maximize company's sales and profitability and ensure its strong presence.
  • Achieve growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Identify emerging markets and markets needs while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Regional Sales Manager regarding market needs, pricing recommendations, and product development opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports.
  • Assist in the development of marketing campaigns.

Qualifications / Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the agricultural or industrial sector.
  • Professional command of the English language (written and spoken).
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Availability to travel abroad approximately 40–50% of working time.
