We are looking for a new team member to join our Reservations Department. If you enjoy working in tourism, are organized, and have good communication skills, we'd love to hear from you

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle guest reservations promptly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Communicate professionally with partners and clients.
  • Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • At least 1 years of previous working experience as Reservations Agent.
  • Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.
  • Strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.·
