Key Responsibilities- Promote and perform tasks in accordance with organizational requirements for quality management and environmental, health, and safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Participate in O&M projects
- Participate in operation and maintenance activities for company's BESS and photovoltaic projects in Thessaloniki area, and contribute to activities related to the engineering and construction of company's BESS and photovoltaic projects in Northern Greece
- Support operation and maintenance activities in other power plants when necessary
- Supervise preventive maintenance on BESS and photovoltaic projects in line with equipment manufacturer instructions
- Carry out corrective maintenance of minor and major mechanical and electrical components independently and efficiently
- Participate in BESS contract management
- Support operational efficiency of BESS
- Perform diagnostic electrical analyses
- Prepare and submit on-site activity reports
- Supervise contractors and manage on-site activities
- Monitor plant operation and performance
- Manage warehouse inventory and spare parts
- Operate medium- and low-voltage switchgears and equipment
- Handle on-site incidents requiring physical presence
- Coordinate with local organizations (e.g., PPC, municipalities, local contractors) to schedule activities related to project operations
- Engage with local stakeholders to maintain effective communication
- Participate in sustainability actions and promote the company's sustainability goals
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering degree
- Experience in BESS or photovoltaic plant maintenance (highly regarded)
- Good command of the English language, and Microsoft Office tools
- Valid driver's license
- High degree of flexibility
- Based in Thessaloniki
- Periodical travel and overnight stays at the locations of the projects
- Physical ability to walk & drive over rough terrain
- Knowledge of and the ability to use various hand tools, and electronic measuring tools
- Completed National Service obligations
