You Are:
You are an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in electronics design automation. You excel at guiding teams, solving complex problems, and delivering robust software solutions. Your expertise in C++ and Python, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills, sets you apart.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead planning and architecture of RedHawk-SC software projects.
  • Coordinate product design and development activities.
  • Serve as a technical reference and mentor to the team.
  • Develop best practices and conduct technical reviews.
  • Collaborate with QA and product support for issue resolution.
  • Translate market needs into development objectives.
