Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor, you'll manage customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll assist with account access, payments, and technical concerns—ensuring each customer receives prompt, effective, and friendly support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service across all communication platforms

  • Assist with account creation, login troubleshooting, payment issues, and general technical support

  • Act as a reliable point of contact, especially for sports-related customer inquiries

  • Handle customer feedback with empathy, patience, and professionalism

  • Communicate clearly to build trust and strengthen client relationships

  • Follow internal processes and maintain service quality standards

  • Contribute suggestions to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
