Role Description

The Production Manager performs the tasks of planning, optimizing and controlling the production process, ensuring business efficiency and continuity of the process. To carry out their duties, he collaborates closely with other organizational units of the company such as maintenance, quality control, utilities management, commercial, and logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and supervise production processes to ensure product delivery meets design requirements
  • Maintain production parameters for competitive and efficient product output
  • Ensure quality product production that meets customer requirements
  • Oversee the proper functioning of production-supporting technologies
  • Develop and implement proposals for improving production processes and participate in investment projects
  • Adhere to integrated management system requirements and document activities accordingly
  • Contribute to occupational safety and health
  • Integrate sustainability principles into all organizational functions and reduce the environmental footprint
  • Assess and mitigate environmental risks associated with company activities
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards
  • Supervision and performance management of the Production team
  • Promote diversity and inclusion practices

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in chemical engineering
  • English proficiency
  • Proven practical experience in senior management positions
  • Industrial experience
  • Proficiency in Ms Office
