Clearing & Custody Administrator

What You'll Do

• Manage clearing activities across Greek & foreign securities markets
• Handle corporate actions (dividends, capital returns, capital increases, stock splits/reverse splits, etc.)
• Reconcile custody accounts with accuracy and efficiency
• Build strong relationships through direct communication with customers and custodians

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (BSc/BA or MSc)
• Professional license "στ1" from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission – a strong plus
• Solid skills in Microsoft Office and financial analysis tools
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and critical thinking
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek & English
• A proven ability to perform under tight deadlines while staying collaborative and team-oriented
