About the Role:

As a Travel Agent, you'll be an essential point of contact for clients during the booking process. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless, personalized service to every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting and reserving rental cars that best suit their travel needs
  • Offer tailored advice on vehicle options, packages, and additional services
  • Engage with clients through phone, email, and chat with a friendly, professional approach
  • Manage booking changes, cancellations, and address any concerns
  • Stay updated on rental policies, special offers, and industry trends to support clients effectively
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and reservations to ensure top-quality service

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Croatian (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in call centers or support roles
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage tasks remotely
