On behalf of our client, an innovative AI platform software company focused on revolutionizing the recipe formulation industry. Their technology empowers food scientists and developers to create, optimize, and commercialize new food products efficiently. As a Product Designer, you will be pivotal in designing user-centric interfaces for our B2B Recipe Formulation platform. This role offers the opportunity to lead the design process from concept through to prototype, fundamentally shaping how our internal and external users interact with our technology. Your work will directly impact our mission, enhancing the user experience and pushing the boundaries of what our technology can achieve in the food industry.

• Take charge of all aspects of our Recipe Formulation platform, from the overarching design strategy to the detailed interactions and interfaces.
  
• Work closely with teams across Product Management, Engineering–front and back, Data Science, and Food Science to deliver products that align with technical capabilities and user needs.
  
• Engage in all phases of the design process—conceptualisation, design, prototyping, and specification. Lead usability studies and research to keep user needs at the forefront.
  
• Continuously develop and refine our interface, focusing on intuitive, accessible designs that contribute to a healthier, more sustainable planet.
  

• 3+ years in UX Design, with a Bachelor's in Graphic Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or similar.
  
• Expertise in Figma, Dovetail, Framer, Sketch, , and other design tools or react libraries such as Shadcn
  
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-level digital interfaces, highlighting your role in developing business-focused solutions.
  

• Extensive experience with Agile and Lean UX methodologies.
  
• Deep familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
  
• Proven track record of creating intuitive, self-explanatory interfaces for B2B platforms.
  

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  
• Understanding of Corporate Culture.
