Position: Industrial Engineer – Electrical Layout

As an Industrial Engineer at IEE, you will contribute to the development and industrialization of high-tech electrical projects for the semiconductor industry. Your responsibilities will encompass the technical routing and installation of systems for customer and local factory facilities, establishing internal module connections within cabinets, and delivering critical technical support to ensure the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Review and extract technical guidelines from project documentation
• Develop and maintain work instructions regarding the installation and service of cable interconnections
• Analyze and develop diagnostic processes
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in electrical layout and production processes
• Plan and prioritize deliverables, prepare progress reports
• Work closely with clients to support equipment integration
• Create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation
• Participate in alignment and planning meetings with multicultural teams

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary in the range of €20,000 – €23,000 annually (gross), depending on experience, alongside performance-based bonuses and other rewards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other STEM disciplines
• At least 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering, with an emphasis on diagnostics and electrical engineering preferred
• Familiarity with industrialization processes and project management (Agile) is an advantage
• Proven written and verbal communication skills in English
