Starting with the role:

Currently, we are searching to hire a
Stocks Accountant
who will manage and implement inventory accounting processes by ensuring accurate valuation and related reporting needs.

During your day you will:

• Monitor and reconcile daily sales, purchases, and inventory data between GALAXY ERP and SAP systems
• Perform system reconciliations between SAP Makraion, Galaxy Retail, and related SAP entities (AVIN, Coral Gas)
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to identify and resolve interface or data discrepancies
• Maintain and update SAP material master data through structured uploads
• Review and reconcile inventory balances and key General Ledger accounts to ensure data accuracy
• Prepare Gross Margin analyses and related management reports
• Support internal and external audits through the preparation of required documentation
• Record, review, and reconcile intercompany transactions and prepare consolidated reports
• Manage the submission of heating oil transactions to the Hfaistos system

What you need to stand out:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or finance position
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and procedures
• Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and SAP processes
• Fluency in English (proficiency in writing, reading, speaking)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
