Your Role: 

For our Operations team we are on the lookout for a Repairs Associate who is self-motivated and willing to go the extra mile for the final result. The ideal candidate should be a proactive person who is not only able to plan efficiently, but also capable of working under pressure. The role reports to the Repairs & Maintenance Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities:

• Organize the documentation of the returned cars
• Liaise with repair partners to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and coordinate accordingly the fleet repair
• Evaluate damages and charge the relevant parties
• Manage effectively the damage disputes that arise
• Collaborate, problem-solve and strategize with team members.

Requirements

• Proved working experience in car workshops and handling spare parts
• Excellent communications skills. You're a clear, constructive, and articulate communicator and have a passion for delighting customers
• Relevant experience in the car and repair industry will be considered an asset.
• Fluency in Greek & English, both verbal and written
• Ability to work effectively across multiple departments
• Highly organized, self-motivated and results oriented
• Fast learner and always curious to absorb more knowledge in a fast-growing industry
• Active team member and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
• Managing expectations, solving problems, and building positive relationships with a diverse group of people
