As a
Junior Treasurer & Analyst
, you'll be part of the financial heartbeat that keeps the Zeus Hotels & Resorts group growing with confidence and clarity. You'll support our Finance team in safeguarding cash flows, analysing data, and ensuring that every financial move aligns with the rhythm of our expanding hotel group.
Working side-by-side with our Finance Team, you'll learn the craft behind treasury management, analysis, and financial storytelling. Your role will blend structure with curiosity as you help us turn numbers into meaningful direction.

Other days are more vibrant — new requests, shifting priorities, and collaboration with colleagues across hotels and departments.
In this team, you'll help keep everything moving with balance, clarity, and a touch of analytical creativity.
What you'll do
- Manage and organize payments for all companies within the Group
- Coordinate with hotel accounting teams to review open balances and scheduled payments
- Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure a smooth flow of approvals and transactions
- Monitor cash flow and assist with bank reconciliations
- Support intercompany transactions and wire transfers
- Contribute to the preparation of financial reports
- Prepare cash flow budgets and forecasts by reviewing operational and non-operational needs
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide insights to management
- Assist in developing analytical reports for decision-making
- Work closely with the Finance Team to streamline treasury and financial processes

We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Has experience in hospitality (a plus but not required)
- Is organized, analytical, and eager to learn
- Is proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting software
- Has knowledge of BI tools or hospitality programs (a bonus)
- Has a good command of English
- Pays attention to detail and feels comfortable working with deadlines
