Operating across multiple geographies, we are active investors committed to driving value, innovation, and long-term growth. We are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Position Overview

The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's human resources strategy to attract, develop, and retain talent. This role focuses on promoting a positive organizational culture, ensuring legal compliance, and aligning HR initiatives with overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Partner with department heads to understand workforce needs and provide HR guidance on people-related matters.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding).
  • Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Address employee relations issues and provide effective conflict resolution.
  • Supervise payroll and benefits administration in coordination with the finance department.
  • Foster a strong corporate culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with labour and employment laws as well as internal policies.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports, metrics, and KPIs for management decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in HRM, Organizational Behaviour, or a similar discipline is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR role (HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Manager).
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making ability.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

·       Fluency in English and proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
