Reservations Specialist

Salary: From €900 net/month

Location: Heraklion, Crete.

Start: As soon as possible

Type: Full-time, 12-month open contract

Your role:

Handle daily hotel and service reservations, updates, and confirmations.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage hotel and service bookings in the reservations system
• Confirm and update services/reservations
• Handle amendments, cancellations, and last-minute requests
• Ensure data accuracy and customer service quality
• Support the reservations team withadministrative tasks

• Entry-level or up to 2 years of experience
• Fluentin English (additional languages a plus)
• Fastlearner with a positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, with a good level oforganization and time management
