Its Greek subsidiary, VIPA Hellas, has the country headquarters in Thessaloniki (G&G Office Complex, Mediterranean Cosmos area) and employs more than 300 people in Greece, achieving constant dynamic growth in both operations and manpower. We are looking for a professional based in Thessaloniki, that will be working on a shift of
10:30-19:00,
on a non-fixed contract.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Check any issues with disputed invoices
  • Resolve any discrepancy that may arise between the company and external partners on billing documents
  • Regular update of the database
  • Other administrative tasks that may exist
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English language
  • Prior experience in an accounting setting is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail skill
  • Problem-solving ability
