Αρμοδιότητες Ρόλου

Ως Assistant Manager του καταστήματος, θα αναφέρεστε στον Manager και θα είστε υπεύθυνος/η για την ομαλή και καθημερινή λειτουργία του καταστήματος, σύμφωνα με τη γενική πολιτική πωλήσεων της εταιρείας, η οποία είναι:

  • Κερδοφορία μέσω της επίτευξης των στόχων του καταστήματος
  • Εφαρμογή όλων των πολιτικών και διαδικασιών της εταιρείας
  • Ικανοποίηση των απαιτήσεων των πελατών
  • Πρωτοβουλίες για την βελτίωση της λειτουργίας του καταστήματος
  • Παροχή πληροφοριών και συμβουλών στους πελάτες και στους πωλητές για τη βέλτιστη χρήση των προϊόντων και υπηρεσιών μας
  • Διαχείριση, κινητοποίηση και έμπνευση των εργαζομένων για την επίτευξη ποιοτικών και ποσοτικών στόχων
  • Ανάπτυξη εξαιρετικών σχέσεων με τους πελάτες και την τοπική κοινότητα
  • Επίλυση προβλημάτων ή παραπόνων των πελατών με τον βέλτιστο τρόπο

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών σε θέση πωλήσεων
  • Εξαιρετικές προφορικές και γραπτές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες σε Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα και καινοτόμος κουλτούρα
  • Ευελιξία, διαχείριση προβλημάτων και ικανότητα επίλυσης
  • Ικανότητα Παρακολούθησης και αναφοράς των αποτελεσμάτων των πωλήσεων
  • Καλή γνώση και χρήση Νέων Τεχνολογιών και τάσεων
