Qualifications

For Junior Consultant SCM

Support senior consultants in end-to-end SAP SCM implementations (Fit-to-Standard go-live

• hypercare).
• Assist in the configuration and testing of procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics processes.
• Participate in data migration (materials, vendors, stock) and documentation tasks.
• Learn to integrate SCM modules such as MM, PP, EWM, TM, and IBP with the overall SAP landscape.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in SAP SCM or supply chain process support (internships or academic projects accepted).
• Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and eagerness to grow in SAP consulting.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

For Mid/Senior Consultant SCM

Lead SCM workstreams in S/4HANA implementations (Fit-to-Standard go-live

• hypercare).
• Design and configure procurement, logistics execution, inventory, production planning, and demand management processes.
• Integrate SCM modules with FI/CO, SD, and EWM/TM, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
• Drive testing (unit/SIT/UAT), cutover, and data migration activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• 3–5 years (Mid) / 5+ years (Senior) of SAP SCM experience, including full-cycle implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA Supply Chain, MM, PP, or EWM modules.
• Strong client-facing and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to deliver under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Extra Credit

• SAP Certification in SCM, MM, PP, EWM, TM, or IBP.
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SCM or Digital Supply Chain solutions.
• Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Advanced ATP (aATP).
• Understanding of Fiori apps, BRF+, or EWM/TM integration.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies or SAP Activate.
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging or integration technologies (IDoc/API/EDI).
